One Year in Blogging

Salam and hello to all. Without I noticed, that was already one year I involved in this blogging arena and be one of netizen of blogosphere. Of course there are a lot I had learnt during this period. At first I just blogging for fun, to fill up my free time but now, blogging is one of my new hobby. My first blog was born on 31 May 2007 at Blogger.com but after blogging there about 8 months, and then I decided to buy my own hosting and domain. Hence, on 12 February 2008, this new blog, IzzatRuslan.com was born. Both domain and hosting of IzzatRuslan.com was registered under ServerFreak and so far, I satisfied with their service.

So, along this one year, what’s keep me blogging? There are lots of factors such as readers, comments and others factors. These factors keep me blogging till now. Thanks to all for all your support. Along this one year too, I had see a lots of my friends also start blogging. Yosh, now everyone wants to blog. That’s good news to see that how fast this blogging arena in Malaysia grows. As I said always, it has become a new trend in Malaysia to have blog. Anyway, for all new blogger, welcome to the blogosphere!

At first I started blogging, I don’t know what should I blog. Computer? Photography? Personal stuff? Sometimes I become blank of what to blog. Sometimes I find its difficult to stick into one topic of blog, then I came out with variety of topics. Haha. That’s what you can see at IzzatRuslan.com now. I mixed all of them in one blog! Then, what niche should I give to my blog? Haha. Blog about stuff? Whatever it is as long as I satisfied with what I blog. Some of my friends asked me, what should I blog if I want to start a blog? I don’t have anything to blog. My answer is blog about everything you want. Talk about everything. For me blogging is about sharing to others. Share your thoughts, your views and everything. That’s why I came out with the tagline “Blogging is all about sharing”. I don’t know if the tagline already used by others, but I find its suit with what blog is. Agree with me?

Anyway, I still a baby in this blogosphere. Still lot of things I should learn from other bloggers who are more experienced in this arena. Lastly, thanks again for all your support and I’ll keep blogging till the internet is “dead”.
