Salam and hello all. Sorry for lack of updates recently. I extremely busy with my projects, assignments and tests that currently on schedule until the end of March. Quite stress because till now, TM yet install the phone connection into my apartment and the problem behind this is just because the phone cable has been stolen by some stupid-brained people. But, I think that is not a problem since I know the TM contractor has replaced the cable with the new one last 2 week. And now, I don’t have any idea why it takes too long of time to reconnect the connection back into the apartment.
My friend has asked for information about this matter from the TM Point where I have registered my application and they have provided me with a phone number of TM contractor that take charge of this case. I’ve called him, but he refused to answer the phone. My second attempt to call him has ended up with fail. Disappointed with his way of entertain his customer, I then tried to sms him but still ended up with the same output. No reply from him. Hey, do I’m contacting someone that doesn’t exist?
I’ve sent my complaint to TM via the website about this matter last Sunday and yet received any reply from them till now. Dear TM, do your customer service really do their work? I don’t know who should I blame for this problem since I’ve done my part for the payment and everything. But, I still don’t get what should I get. If you think I need to wait and keep waiting, I’ve already waited for about more than 3 weeks without any information and valid reasons from them why the connection can’t be made. Do you think what should I do?
Right now, I really disappointed with both TM and TM contractor itself. !@#$%^&* ! Both of them are unreliable! Sorry if you think my words are too harsh, but I can accept this problem if they are giving me some clear explanation why this could happened and so on. But, the real is otherwise.
So, you think what should I do? Cancel off my application and claim back my deposit money of RM135 from them?
My problem with my university wifi connection last time has settled after I sent them a complaint. Hehe, happy for that matter but unhappy with what I have written just now. I don’t know when I can get the Streamyx connection to my apartment. Haih…
