Quick Updates
Salam and hello all. Sorry for lack of updates recently. I extremely busy with my projects, assignments and tests that currently on schedule until the end of March. Quite stress because till now, TM yet install the phone connection into my apartment and the problem behind this is just because the phone cable has been stolen by some stupid-brained people. But, I think that is not a problem since I know the TM contractor has replaced the cable with the new one last 2 week. And now, I don’t have any idea why it takes too long of time to reconnect the connection back into the apartment.
My friend has asked for information about this matter from the TM Point where I have registered my application and they have provided me with a phone number of TM contractor that take charge of this case. I’ve called him, but he refused to answer the phone. My second attempt to call him has ended up with fail. Disappointed with his way of entertain his customer, I then tried to sms him but still ended up with the same output. No reply from him. Hey, do I’m contacting someone that doesn’t exist?
I’ve sent my complaint to TM via the website about this matter last Sunday and yet received any reply from them till now. Dear TM, do your customer service really do their work? I don’t know who should I blame for this problem since I’ve done my part for the payment and everything. But, I still don’t get what should I get. If you think I need to wait and keep waiting, I’ve already waited for about more than 3 weeks without any information and valid reasons from them why the connection can’t be made. Do you think what should I do?
Right now, I really disappointed with both TM and TM contractor itself. !@#$%^&*
! Both of them are unreliable! Sorry if you think my words are too harsh, but I can accept this problem if they are giving me some clear explanation why this could happened and so on. But, the real is otherwise.
So, you think what should I do? Cancel off my application and claim back my deposit money of RM135 from them?
My problem with my university wifi connection last time has settled after I sent them a complaint. Hehe, happy for that matter but unhappy with what I have written just now. I don’t know when I can get the Streamyx connection to my apartment. Haih…

Still didn’t get any reply from the complaint that I sent to TM Customer Service via the website last week.. Maybe they didn’t even read what people speak to them..w.t.heck!?

One week after sending the complaint email through their website but still didn’t get any replied. Hence, I conclude their customer service don’t work as they should and TM just wasting their money paying all their unreliable people in customer service every month!Boo..TM!

the 1st thing their customer service will ask: dah bayar bill ke belum……….? habis korang punya sistem yg canggih sangat x leh nak trace ke customer dah bayar ke belum……hantar le korang punya customer servis pegi training…..kalau x leh wat customer service, elok buat toilet service he he he…..btw, I never expect to get any reply from this so called ‘customer first’ organization…..sikc man, very sick….muahhhaaa

@Joe, macam mana nak ada wifi kalo aku ni orang pertama yang mohon streamyx kat area apartment aku tu? hohoho..mungkin ramai pakai wireless broadband kot kat sini..
@etomyam, the reason why I sent my complaint through website is just because they had replied me before..jadi, ingatkan kali ni dorang balas la..sekali..pergh..dah dekat 3 minggu xder balas langsung..
Just wait my “special” entry about this what so called TM company..hehe
