Michael Jackson Died As A Muslim: Al-Fatihah
Salam and hello all. Just a short entry from me to say my condolences for the death of one talented artist, Michael Jackson or his Islam name, Mikael Jibril. Please correct me if I got this information wrongly. I have watched news on television tonight and his brother’s statement about Michael Jackson’s death somehow at the end likely said, Michael Jackson had already a Muslim before his death. After I’m asking some feedback from my friends on Twitter, I got some verifications about this and some of them have responded positively, Michael Jackson is already a Muslim. Hence, Al-Fatihah to him.
I’m not a big fan of Michael Jackson, but I’ve listened his song before and I like some of his songs. Even though I can’t remember the song’s titles even one. 
UPDATE! Michael Jackson (Mikaeel Jibril) is already a Muslim before his death. Here are some sources that prove he is a Muslim.

@MonsterBuzz, I think his religion has been confirmed and he is a Muslim. Even his brother already a Muslim for 2 decades.
@TMUkmkd, well, his controversy might cause some people will glad with his death. But, if he already regret with what had happened and want to start a new life, I think he deserve second chance. Don’t you think the same?
@mahad, I can’t say anything if you hate him so much. But, it is his rights to do anything what he want to do such as change from black to white. Even after he has becomes white, their fans still support him and keep increasing from day to day.
@Ismaeel, agree with you. Allah is the forgiver. He deserves second chance to change if he really want to change. And we around him, should support his changes to be a better person.
@Adney, betul tu. Walaupun dia sedar di akhir-akhir hayatnya dan hidayah sampai kepadanya tika mana nyawanya hampir untuk dipisahkan daripada jasad, namun yang penting kesedaran itu sampai kepadanya. Dan ini juga mungkin membuktikan, Allah lebih sayangkannya dan mahu memeliharanya. Al-fatihah.

Salam. saya setuju dgn izzat and so with me, i cried a bit after watching the news about his death. Sebagai peminatnya, apa yang termampu adalah memberi sedekah al-fatihah.benar apa yg adney katakan, jiwanya bersih seperti bayi setelah memeluk Islam. hanya hadiah al-fatihah kepadanya, pemberian terbaik daripada peminat2 dan orang2 yg menyayangi MJ.
opps.. lagi satu, wikipedia isn’t a good place to get the best resource. wikipedia telah di update sebaik sahaja arwah meninggal dunia, dipadam dan diupdate sekali lagi. bukan semuanya fakta,ada juga kesilapan dan bias information about MJ who converted to Islam.
jacko said to be oon drugs months before he died. and having a high consuming of painkillers. correct! there is a high potential of fatal. his comeback concerrt turned into a black parade. *sigh*

Michael Jackson is an AMAZING Person , he has a caring heart and will ALWAYS be the best Entertainer. Such a genius and will never be replaced. My Daughter and I attended his 45th B’Day Party and he was so sweet to talk to, he spoke to me about Glasgow, Scvotland, Edinburgh and he really liked it there on his visits.
People that think he is weird or wacko, I think that is sad. Don”t Judge a book by its cover. There are many werd people out in the world. He was loved for being the Greatest Performer and for being such a caring person.
He was done wrong in his short life.
His Childhood was taken away from him and My heart goes out to Michael Jackson.

on the night my beloved ayah died,i am so devastated.then my husband reminded me of a story of almajusi who entered jannah because he beat his son for eating in public during ramadhan.
he was aided by malaikat before izrail comes for that one act of respect to islam.

speaking of concentrating while on prayer, im crossing my fingers to allah. next, i perform prayers and not concentrate. and i dont perform any of five and too not concentrate. where am i?
correct! i cant even concentrate on my prayers, its like a flash movie playing surreptiously in mind right after takbir. Ha Ha Ha. How unlucky is that? plus, the flash movie never ends.
speaking of concentrating while on prayer, i say it out loud, who cares? god knows it, yes. how can people define the concentrating facing the almighty? put aside the concentrating thing, practise and concentrate comes after. hey, do ya wait for concentrating before performing prayers and etc? mine comes after death.
Thanks for those who have responded. Whatever it is, it is not our right to judge him whether he is a Muslim or not, but based on several sources, he’s claimed to be a Muslim before his death. And for people who blamed him about his past, think again. From all cases, which case causes him get jail or proves that he guilty?
About the question he was not practicing Islam, another think again from me. From what I know, as long as he honestly convert to Islam, all his sins before he converted to Islam will be forgiven and he’ll be like a baby with no sin. So, of course when he died after converted to Islam, even yet practicing Islam, he has promised to heaven, just like when a baby died. Another not our right to judge whether he has practiced Islam or not before his death. Who knows? Maybe he was already practicing Islam before he converted to Islam. Who knows?
mj practicing islam before the syahadah? you shoull do the thinking. what if he performing hajj back the days he not in sober? what it price for the non-moslem to comply the sunnah? read me answers.

i mix around with arabs a lot when i visit mum -in -law-;my hubby is from middle east.when i compare the arabs and malays and mat salehs,normally we malays are better than arabs and mat salehs in many ways.
arabs dont appreciate islam compared to us and orang putih.i love the converts more when i see how bad is the adab of arabs.
there are so many reasons why arabs cannot set good examples to muslims.pity princess diana for learning islam through wrong hands…

@¶, I don’t have any expertise to answer your previous question, but so far as I know, nothing is wrong for a non-muslim to practice the lifestyle of Islam. The different is just, they don’t get “reward” as what the muslim gets.

Michael Jackson is a Muslim convert and he was intentionally murdered for his conversion to Islam which is not to be tolerated by the US governmental agents. We don’t believe in American statements which are full of lies and inconsistencies.
Jermaine Jackson told the media that ‘Michael Jackson was murdered and he was interested in Islam. He liked Muslims. He loved hearing the Muslim call to prayer and eagerly read books on Islam. He was on verge of converting to Islam. Their ancestors were Muslims and that Christianity was imposed on them through slavery’.
Although Michael had no chance to announce his conversion, cause he was not allowed to show any sensitivity with Islam. Americans feared that if he was allowed to be alive, he would ask for trouble speaking to Americans in his last concert.
Surely Michael was buried as a Muslim by Americans but what they are saying is just to show that he wasn’t Muslim. Although his memorial service was clearly a Christian oriented service, but Michael Jackson was not inside the casket. There was a compromise between Jackson’s family and the US government. The family is not allowed to openly confirm his conversion.
It’s clear to everybody that Michael Jackson is no more a Jehovah’s Witness.
So let’s say:

You are a gift from Allah. And He has taken you back.
