It is included the model of camera you used to capture the pictures, ISO, Aperture etc. This EXIF data usually will be deleted when you save your picture (after modification in Adobe Photoshop for example) for web image. Usually, web image doesn't contains EXIF, hence for this competition, avoid saving your pictures for web image. About the soft copy of any model release form is actually a form that acknowledge you and your model about the pictures and what are you going to use with the picture. It means, the model him/herself give you permission to submit the picture for competition etc. This is what I know.
