Salam and hello all. 2009 will come really soon, owh..it’s tomorrow! Are you ready for the new resolutions? New year of 2009? Whatever it is, before we step into the first day of the new year of 2009, here is the last post for the year of 2008. An entry about my best photos that I’ve taken throughout this year of 2008 and in this entry, I gathered all the photos that I’ve taken which I think the best among all the photos. Some of the photos below you might already see it in my previous posts and some part of it, yet published in this blog. So, here are all the best photos of 2008 which totally 20 photos. Bali Trip Day 7 & 8

Day 7 (27 June 08)

We went to Pacung, to visit Pura Taman Ayun. Pura means temple. Pura Taman Ayun is the biggest temple here. And its really big. Here are some of the pictures.

After visited Pura Taman Ayun, we visited another pura which is Pura Peranatan, Beratan. The different between these two pura is, Pura Peranatan got lake inside it and surrounded by the lake. Here are the pictures of it.

After visited these two Pura, we went to the most awaited place to visit, Tanah Lot, to watch the sunset. Wee.. Don’t believe me when I said the sunset here is beautiful? Well, judge it by the pictures below.

And this picture of sunset is taken by my auntie using her Nikon D80, I love the composition and colours. Nice and beautiful.

After watched the sunset, we went shopping around Tanah Lot. After shopping, we back to the hotel. Tomorrow we were going back to Malaysia.

Day 8 (28 June 08)

Our flight was on 1pm, before that, after checked out from the hotel, we went shopping again. Wahaha.. Because my grandma still didn’t get what she wants so we went shopping again. After shopping, our tourist guide sent us to the airport at 11am. Ok, that’s the ends. Bye2 Bali.. see you again. Some more pictures.

Bali Trip Day 5 & 6

Day 5 (25 June 08)

For day 5, we were not going anywhere. Since today my uncle and grandma will arrive here, so we just wait for their flight which expected arrived at 6.10pm. So we stayed at hotel till 10am, then my auntie suggested going to Jimbaran beach which took 15 minutes walking from the hotel. Here some pictures of Jimbaran beach. This beach is not a public beach, so there are not so many people here. Only the tourist you can see here.

We went to airport about 5pm to take my uncle and grandma. After they arrived, we went to dinner at Kedonganan beach, a candle light family dinner. After dinner, we went back to hotel.

Day 6 (26 June 08)

For day 6, we went to Kintamani and Lake Batur. Can’t elaborate more, enjoy the pictures.

In the afternoon, we rushed to Uluwatu to watch Kecak dance and watched the sunset there. Its beautiful and of course, Tanah Lot sunset much more beautiful.

Bali Trip Day 3 & 4

Day 3 (23 June 08)

Ok, continue from the previous post. For third day, we went to Bali Bird Park. It is a big bird park I ever went to. Can you imagine, we entered the park about 9am and we out from the park around 5pm! Haha.. There are so many birds plus so many friendly birds with different types and colours of birds. Ok, some of pictures from this bird park.

Huh, we spent the whole day there, taking pictures of the birds and watching the bird performances which I think is rarely can be seeing in Malaysia.

Before we went for dinner for that day, our tourist guide took us to Sanur Beach. Not so nice beach anyway. It was crowded with peoples because it is a public beach. However, the beach is clean. Its something that can be proud of.

After walked around at Sanur beach about 30 minutes, taking some pictures, then we went to our dinner. After that, went back to the hotel.

Day 4 (24 June 08)

Its already 4 days we’re in Bali. For day 4, we went to Ubud to see the making of handmade silver stuffs, handmade wood sculpture and handmade Batik Bali. I’m very impressed with the way they do their job, their accuracy, details and unique way of doing their job. You can see the pictures below.

After visited all those places, before we were going back to hotel, we went to Kuta beach. We took some pictures of sunset.

But sunset here not so nice, the best spot or place to watch sunset in Bali are at Uluwatu and Tanah Lot. The sunset there is very beautiful. I’ll share the pictures of it later. Wait ya..

Bali Trip Day 1 & 2

Salam and hello to all. Last 1 week, I’m not in Malaysia so as you can see there’s no update in this blog in that period of time. I was in Bali for 1 week vacation with my auntie, uncle, grandma and my brother. It was an unforgettable moment for all of us. So, I, my auntie and my bro departed from KLIA with Malaysia Airlines to Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali on 21 June while my uncle and grandma arrived later on 25 June. The flight just took 3 hours and I don’t think it’s a long flight either. Huh..

Day 1 (21 June 08)

We arrived at Ngurah Rai International Airport at 6.10pm, what a shock, there was already dark there like 7.30pm in Malaysia. Ok2, I know, we’re in different time zone now. Weee.. Our tourist guide already waited for us outside the airport and we straight to our accommodation, since everyone look tired already. So, we checked in at Royal Bali Beach Club, Jimbaran about 7.00pm and we discussed a bit about our tour plan with the tour guide, what to do tomorrow, next day and next.

So, for the first day, we’re not going anywhere. After checked in and discussed a bit about the tour, we just rest for tomorrow activity, water sport. Some pictures of Royal Bali Beach Club, very nice and relaxing place.

Day 2 (22 June 08)

We woke up early in the morning about 6am since we need to go to Nusa Dua for our first water activity of the day, trolling fishing. Our tourist guide will send us there. So, we arrived at Nusa Dua about 7am, after paid the fee about Rp1,800,000.00 Haha.. around USD240. Damn expensive! So, we went to trolling fishing about 4 hours and unluckily we didn’t get any fish. So pity, paid for that amount of money but get nothing. Anyway, its enjoyable. What the heck, after 3 hours fishing I already got ‘sea-sick’ and vomited several times. Wahahaha.. I won’t go to sea after this with small boat again. But, that’s not all, our day also ruined by our breakfast. Before we went to fishing, we were provided with breakfast by the service provider, so we can breakfast while fishing. The only thing that is wrong with the breakfast is the sandwich that they provided to us. What the heck you provided us with the sandwich with pork inside! !#@!!@$!$!$! Luckily, my auntie noticed about it and asked us to stop eating. Huh, after going back from fishing, my auntie scolded the provider for providing us with something muslim can’t eat! At first they denied about it, but after my auntie explained everything then they apologized. As to apologize, they provided us with lunch for free. This time was the halal one.

So, our next water sport should be scuba diving, but since it was already noon and its not suitable for diving so we planned to go somewhere else first before go diving at 3.30pm. While waiting to do diving, we went to Bali Cultural Park. It is a very beautiful and nice place. Very relaxing. So many people there but most of them are domestic tourist. Some pictures from that place.

After visited Bali Cultural Park, we were going back to Nusa Dua for diving. After had some briefing from sea master about all the equipment and how to use it, we was told by the sea master that we only have to breath and the rest will be handled by each of our instructors. Then after all the briefing, we’re ready to dive! We dived about 45 minutes at Nusa Dua area with 5 meters deep, we only can go 9 meters deep maximum. But since the wave was a bit big, the water is not so clear, but still can see the fish, corals and others. Not so disappointed anyway. It was a great moment since this is my first time diving. Woohoo….

After diving, before we were going back to hotel, we had dinner at Natrabu Nasi Padang restaurant. The taste…hmmm.. ok la. Like Nasi Padang that we have in Malaysia. So, that’s for second day. We went back to hotel at 8pm and rest.

Departs to Bali, Indonesia

Salam and hello all. I might be can’t update this blog for this whole week since I’ll not be in Malaysia. I’ll departs to Bali for a vacation for 1 week (Wee…holiday time! ) with my uncle, auntie, grandma and my bro. And for sure I won’t bring my 2kg laptop together. Huhu. By the way, next time, I hope I can go with my family. Since this time, 2 of my sisters are not in holiday week, so they can’t join the trip. But, hopefully we can go all together with the family next time. I really hope that we can go all together next time. Abah already promised, right? Ok, till next post. Bye!
