The new Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)

Microsoft lately announced about this all new version of Internet Explorer which is version 8. Although its currently still in beta stage and available for download as a preview for web devolopers and designer, Microsoft was highlighted some of great features (nway it’s always said like that everytime of new version release.. LOL
) such as improved security, improved html ( what’s this? surfing web more faster? ) and others improved features from the previous version. Check details features of Internet Explorer 8 here.
Anyway, will you use it when the full version released soon? I don’t know how much improvement we will get from IE 8 since its still in beta stage and the second beta version expected to be released next summer. Talk about the previous version, i quite unsatisfied about IE 7 which for me there should need more improvement from Microsoft in security related issue, browsing speed and web compatibility. Why i said this is because i once got virus while using IE 7 and also slow browsing speed and some incompatibility while viewing some websites. I don’t know how to explain it technically but the browsing speed was differ when i surf the same website using Opera ( the best web browser, i think ). And i think Microsoft should improve this browsing speed so that it’ll give some new browsing exprience for their IE-user. Read more »

The reason of slow internet connection
If you noticed these few days, the internet connection here (Malaysia) little bit slow or mostly we can says s*ck. Why? The reason is here…..
A submarine cable in the Middle East has been snapped, adding to global net problems caused by breaks in two lines under the Mediterranean on Wednesday. The earlier break disrupted service in Egypt, the Middle East and India. “The situation is critical for us in terms of congestion,” Omar Sultan, chief executive of Dubai’s ISP DU, told The Associated Press, following the most recent break.
South East Asia network mostly will route from your country to Taiwan, India and other country and as India line faced the same problem and it cause us getting the same problem as well. Singapore line mostly route the other way to Australia and will not affected
If you remember last time, we also faced the same problem of slow internet connection due to earthquake. So, who should we blame for this issue?ISP? haha. well, i think you’re mature and intelectual enough to think about this problem. Hopefully, this problem can be fix asap. Hoho.. i can’t live without internet
haha.. its my life! please give back my life! wakakka.. oh forget to tell you guys, i don’t know weither this issue’s reason is true or not. But i got this info at xbrain blog.
p/s:damn..internet connection at starbuck also slow like snailmyx lols… ![]()
Test your web design by BrowserShots.org
Are you web designer? or are you design your own web or blog? When it comes to design part, it is important that the design can be viewed properly as you designed. So, it is important to test it weither it is showed properly on each types of browser. As known, there are quite lots of internet browser out there with runs on variety of operation system (OS), for instead Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, MacOS and etc. And it is quite hard to test it on all those browsers which needs you to install that browser on different platform. So, thats why BrowserShots.org comes. This free online tools is really useful for those who design the website or blogs. Ok, lets have some introductions what BrowserShots.org is all about.
I quote the introduction from their website.
Browsershots makes screenshots of your web design in different browsers. It is a free open-source online service created by Johann C. Rocholl. When you
submit your web address, it will be added to the job queue. A number of
distributed computers will open your website in their browser. Then they will
make screenshots and upload them to the central server here.
See? How useful this service. You don’t have to install all those browser on different platform anymore. From here you’ll know how your websites or blogs that you designed would looks on those browsers without install them on your machine! For example, do you wanna know how your websites or blogs showed on Flock 1.0 browser which running on Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon)?? BrowserShots.org will help you to get the view of your website. Easy rite? It is much more easier compare to you need to install all of them on your machine.
Here are some of screenshot of BrowserShots.org
Can you see that?List of browsers you can choose to test your web design.. and running on different OS too!
This is the results that you’ll get after submitting your web/blog URL to BrowserShots.org. It’ll need about 15 minutes to give you the results, depends on how much browsers you select. If your web/blog design got javascript, flash or java, please make sure that you enabled this feature before submitting you URL to BrowserShots.org. You can see at the bottom of browser list there are several setting there, so make sure you set any appropriate setting before submitting.

Now, i knew how my blog showed in Flock 1.0 that running on Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) without even install Flock browser and Ubuntu on my computer! Amazing and awesome rite? So why not try it by yourself? it is totally free and you can save the screenshots of your blog by downloading all the screenshots of all browser that you’ve selected.
