Salam Maal Hijrah 1430H
Salam and hello all. Without we noticed, it was already new year (read: in Islamic year). So, in Islam, Muharram is the first month in Islamic year and today is the 1st Muharram 1430H. Whatever it is, we always hoping something better when we move into the new year, hence, whatever is your target for this new year, hopefully you’ll achieve it as you wish to. And my target or in other words, resolutions for this new year, still playing around inside my head, ya… it may sound easy to say that I want to do this bla bla..but finally none of it achieved. So, I should target something that I’m capable of achieving it. So, this process may take time. Haha, anyhow, what’s your resolution for this new year and upcoming new year of 2009?
I also want to take this chance to say my deepest condolences to the palace and the relatives of Yang Di Pertuan Besar, Tuanku Ja’afar of the passing of the ruler of Negeri Sembilan yesterday. As to give the last respect to him, the government declared 40 days of mourning. The government functions are also postponed for the next 7 days as to respect his passing. Al fatihah.
So, happy new year and have a nice holiday today.

Salam Eidul Adha 1429H/2008M, Takziah Buat Mangsa Tanah Runtuh di Bukit Antarabangsa
Salam and hello everyone. Just a short entry from me in conjuction with the celebration of Eidul Adha tomorrow. I take this chance to wish you all my muslim friends happy Eidul Adha and all of you happy holiday. Hehe, ya… I know everyone like holiday. 
Like last year, I’m not going back home for Eidul Adha so I just hang out at my cousin’s house at Ara Damansara. Well, nothing to do right now and its quite boring. Watch some movies on Astro to cheer me up a bit. Well, I miss to eat rendang daging. huhu.. 
Next, thanks to Fareez for this card. Haha, never expect there’s also card for Eidul Adha. Anyway, here it is. Sorry ya Fareez, I don’t prepare any card for this Eidul Adha so hopefully my words would be sufficient as the replacement.
I also want to take this opporturnity to say my condolence to all the victims of landslide tragedy at Bukit Antarabangsa. I know its quite late anyway I hope its okay as long there’s sincerity in whatever we did, right? In our happiness there are always peoples out there in sadness, so let us appreciate what we had just now.
Ok, that’s all for now. Not quite in mood to write such long entry. I’m also pissed off about the issue that has been risen up by a “clever” blogger lately. You can read more about the issue that has been elaborated really well by Rohaizad here. And I agreed every point that has been said by Rohaizad in his latest blog entry.

Now Everything Paid Off - (Another Version of Quick Updates)
Salam and hello. Long time with no update, huh? I noticed my last post for this blog is about more than one week ago. Sorry to all my dear visitors and readers of this blog, I’m currently working on my new Bahasa Melayu blog at OH!MalaysiaKU. Its another blog by me but the different is, it is delivered in Bahasa Melayu as the main language and the blog is more to current issues, information in IT, entertainment and etc. Anyway, I’ll try to manage both blogs altogether. You can give my new blog a visit and if interested, do leave some of your words there. Ok that’s ends here.
Next, my final exam result already came out and I’ll be in new semester soon, 2nd semester of the 2nd year; and I’m very grateful to know that my target for this semester and one of my resolutions for this year fulfilled. Alhamdulillah. Well, new semester will begin soon and of course promises more challenging things that I need to face. Anyway, I’ll try to face it and get through it. Before I forgot, thanks to those of my friends and blog readers who wished me during my “hibernation” period last time; here and here too. You all have motivated me. Salam and hello everyone. How’s your holiday and for the muslim, your Aidilfitri celebration? Happy? Hopefully, you’re happy. Ya, its Hari Raya guys! You should be happy. Since I didn’t update this blog along this celebration, so this is quick updates about what is going on in these few days back.
Night of 1st Syawal
Hoho, as always like previous year, me, my cousins and other relatives had some mini BBQ at my Che Ngah’s house. We started to bake the BBQ after Isya’ about 9.00pm, and easier to us, Abang Long had started the fire so we all just have to bake the chickens. Here are some pictures that have been taken from that night. There are more, but I forgot to ask my cousin for the pictures. These photos are taken by my cousin’s SE C902 phone. His new phone actually. Hahaha Enjoy the pictures then.
One Year in Blogging
Salam and hello to all. Without I noticed, that was already one year I involved in this blogging arena and be one of netizen of blogosphere. Of course there are a lot I had learnt during this period. At first I just blogging for fun, to fill up my free time but now, blogging is one of my new hobby. My first blog was born on 31 May 2007 at Blogger.com but after blogging there about 8 months, and then I decided to buy my own hosting and domain. Hence, on 12 February 2008, this new blog, IzzatRuslan.com was born. Both domain and hosting of IzzatRuslan.com was registered under ServerFreak and so far, I satisfied with their service.
