Salam and hello everyone. I have been hibernating for too long already from blogging and now, for 2012 I’ll try to write again as usual. Well, if you have read (have you?) my previous entry, you should know that I have decided to hibernate from writing for a while due to time management issue. But now, I have back on track and will continue to write as usual in the future.

Ok, talk about 2012, first thing first, there is no welcoming post for new year in this blog and my other blogs too. Sorry for that. Beside being too busy during at end of last year, I did spend most of time with my family and friends. Went out, have fun and for sure captured tons of great memory to be remembered by the end of 2011.

However, 2011 means a lot for me. Beside I have completed my study in Bachelor (Hons) Electrical and Electronics Engineering as planned, I got my first job offer from my first interview after less than 4 months graduating from UNITEN. Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah for giving me this and ease my career path. Even though my current job position somehow unrelated with my field of study, I don’t want to be choosy here by rejecting any job offers that is unrelated to my field of study. However, frankly speaking, sometime I did feel that what I’ve struggled for 4 years is kind of waste when I think back what I’m doing in my career now. But, if I look from different perspective and from the angle of positive impact, this unrelated job indirectly gives me some advantages which other engineers may not have chance to get it. Working with one of the big camera manufacture in the world is not easy though, even I’m not directly involve in engineering part, however being an Engineering Supporter in purchasing division is a tough work too. Procedures must be followed, ISO must be complied, everything must be documented; from A to Z. All in all, everything is new for me and I take this as a challenge in my learning curve for my career development.

That’s briefly about my job. Being a working youth (or should I use the word adult here?) also make me looks different in front of others especially to the one who are still studying. You get what I meant right? You’ve gained your own money from your own hands and this make you different. You’ll have new responsibility for yourself, family and other people around you. People will look into you as an independent people and a person who can be relied to. Same goes to me, these are the changes and responsibilities that I need to carry as a working youth. And 2012 is the year for all these changes.

Salam and hello everyone. It has been for a few months since August where there is no new updates in this blog. Well, I’m just started unrelated-with-my-study job since August and still trying to manage my time properly for blogging, working and personal life.

Of course there are a lot of issues I want to response, write and comment, but I just don’t have enough time to write it all. I just kept everything inside my head and do more open discussion by face to face with my friends, office-mates, family members and others. Some people said it is better to talk face to face, but you may have limited audience in term of getting response and feedback. Hence, to diverse the audience, you need a more versatile medium where everyone may give response and feedback, and internet is one of the medium. And I miss the moment to get all these feedback and response from the netizen. For that, thank you for those who have given responses, comments and feedback on entries that I’ve written here. Please take everything that I’ve written here as a personal opinion, whereby there is a huge chance that the opinion may change over time.

That’s it for this time, I’ll try to manage back my time to get back on track and keep writing as usual.

p/s: I think university life is more enjoyable compared to working life. Yes, you may earn your own money, but you don’t have time for yourself to enjoy the money you earn. Owh, I’m just thinking of having a vacation and rest for a while.

Salam and hello everyone. Sorry for not being able to update this blog since last month because I was working on final part of my study and finally have completed it. Alhamdulillah. A lot of thing needs to be planned after this. Most of my friends have already started looking for job, attend interviews, submitting resumes to several companies, but it doesn’t mean I need to follow them too. Well, I’m going to take a rest about 2-3 months first before started thinking and looking for a job. A lot of thing I want to do before this have been postponed because I want to focus on my study, now this is the time for me to achieve those postponed plans.

Well, thank you again for sharing some thoughts and comments on my posts in this blog. I know some of you might disagree in some issues written in this blog. Whatever it is, take it as my personal thought which may changes over time or maybe after I hear your arguments and read your comments. So, let me hear your thoughts.

I’m sorry for not being able to reply all your comments in this blog and updates this blog regularly. I know this is the first post for 2011. Even though I had planned to write something, and I actually had a lot of things to share with you before this, but because this is my last semester of my study, I need to give full focus on my final year project, thesis writing and few last subjects to complete my degree. However, I’ll try to keep this blog updated, as what I was doing now.

Last but not least, I hope I can keep this blog updated, at least one post in 2 weeks. Well, I’m just planning, I don’t know what will happen in the future. At the beginning of this semester, I thought this semester would be kind of free and easy for me, but it is otherwise. I have planned to do some changes for this blog and my other not-regularly-updated blogs since early this year, but none of it is started. Well, it is just a matter of time. Salam and hello everyone. I have not been actively posting new update/entry recently due to time constraint, plus busy as a final year student. Even I have tried to manage my time as effective as possible, but still, I was unable to spend some time for this blog. I hope you understand. I probably will not able to update this blog for couple of weeks from now since in the next 2 weeks, I’ll have my final exam already. Hence, need time for preparation.

Anyhow, even I’m a kind of busy person now, tomorrow will be the last day for me to enjoy a bit before I have to struggle on my nuclear engineering exam this Monday, creative thinking’s project presentation this upcoming Wednesday and final year project 1 presentation which is scheduled on 15th of October 2010. Huh, still have a lot of things to do. Next after next week, I will have my study week for final exam. I have done some preparation for certain subject, maybe this will help me to reduce my stress during this study week period. Hopefully everything will be as planned.

Today I’ll be at Sepang International Circuit for MotoGP 2010 and it will be the last day for me to enjoy a bit before struggling for the next 4 weeks.

Salam and hello everyone. Sorry for not updating this blog recently, even after my industrial training is already done. Well, I still need to prepare my report and presentation for my industrial training; and all these have done yesterday. Anyway, completing industrial training means require me to be ready for the next usual task for final year student, FINAL YEAR PROJECT. Yes, I’m in final year now and if everything is going smooth, hopefully I’ll be graduating next April. This is the simple video that I have prepared for my industrial training presentation. Actually, it is a last minute video. Haha.

Thinking about FYP, I still don’t have any idea, topic or title to propose. It should be started with identifying problem first, then come out with several option of solutions to solve the problem. Hmmm.. I’m still thinking, or do you have any idea about what should I do for my FYP as a student of Electronic and Communication Engineering? Hehe.

Ok, let’s put aside about FYP for a while and talk about something everyone would talk today, World Cup 2010. I know about the final match between Netherlands and Spain early this morning, and I’m happy to tell you that I didn’t watch the match. Hahaha. I was planning to watch it at first, but due to unexpected headache I had last night, I rather went to sleep and get myself comfortable on my bed. Well, I woke up this morning with fresh and saw most of my friends in Facebook updating about the last match result. Owh, Spain has won the World Cup 2010! Congratulation for those Spain’s supporters. Anyway, that’s it, and that’s the end. Okay, how many of you requesting for MC today? Thanks God, all my lectures for today have been cancelled. Uniten even organised a carnival for this World Cup final and live match telecast. I’m sure most of the students are still sleeping right now. Hehe.

Anyway, I’m not going to write a long entry. I’ll be updating again when I have free time. Well, it’s final year, what do you expect? Hehe.

Salam and hello everyone. It has been a long time this blog is not updated since my last entry. Anyway, maybe I can continue blogging and writing as usual after this as my industrial training is going to end in the next 2 weeks. Huh, time is moving really fast and I’m going to step into my final year of my studies this July. A bit excited about what I’m going to face in my final year, but whatever it is I hope it will going as smooth as planned. Even it was never planned. Well, let’s talk about it in details later.

Ok, it’s June 2010 now and South Africa FIFA World Cup 2010 has started since last Friday. Of course some of us will make caffeine as their best friend for the next few weeks, so that they can ‘record’ every moments, every goals and every seconds of their favourite teams’ matches. Well, this is the most awaited sport event once in four years and this is the time too see which team is the best among the best. So, which team you bet to win this year South Africa FIFA World Cup 2010? South Africa? England? Argentina? Brazil? Italy?

I don’t have any favourite team in my mind, but I love to watch Argentina plays soccer, a team with a very well organised formation. Have you watched their first match against Nigeria? The first team too to get first 3 points in their group. Anyway, South Korea also has played really well against Greece with 2 goals. A good start of motivation for South Korea.

So, let’s see who is going to win this South Africa FIFA World Cup 2010 and enjoy the games. Those who are not interested in soccer, just watch it. Hahaha!

Salam and hello everyone. First of all, I’m still alive! Well, I’m really sorry since there was no update about a month from this blog and even the messages in the shoutbox also were not replied. I’m sorry again. The reason behind this is only one, TIME. In the last few weeks, I don’t have enough time for me to sit in front of my laptop, tapping my fingers on the keyboard, wording out what is in my head and even having a great hours of rest. As I have mentioned in my previous entry which is about a month ago, I’m currently undergoing industrial training until 25 June 2010 as part of my degree program and this industrial training which at first I was expecting a kind of relaxing period of studying time is totally wrong. Working from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays and sometimes need to do overtime work until 11.00 pm is what I have went through in the past few weeks. Last Friday is my latest overtime work until 10.00 pm at KLCC and working for 11 hours was really tiring, but that is what I have to go through as a service engineer trainee. Clients only want the job done, and we as service engineer is the one that need to think, analyse, troubleshoot and solve the problems and get the job done in the given period of time.

Maintaining an industrial training blog also is part of my industrial training course and this industrial training blog also is not updated to the latest date. Weekend is the only time for me to have a proper rest time and updating this blog, but I have also need to write and submit a weekly job report to my host supervisor, who also an assistant manager of Service and Maintenance department. Now, priority is coming. I need to prioritize what is more important and put aside anything which is less important.

So, for those who are asking me why I’m not updating this blog and where I’m going, I hope your questions are answered. I know there are several entries that I should already be posted here, but because of this, I have to postpone it until unknown date. Well, I hope you understand. Anyway, if you have Twitter account, you can follow me via Twitter for my latest updates. Even I’m not updating Twitter as frequent as before, but I’ll be there sometimes. Salam and hello everyone. Sorry, I still not able to reply all of your comments. But, I’m facing something weird with this blog currently. Starting from 1st April 2010, this blog traffic going down drastically from hundreds uniques visitors daily to less than 20 uniques visitors daily. I don’t know what is happening. I’ve checked hosting server status, it is running without any down time since 1st April 2010. It is ridiculous the traffic is going down like that in less than a day. More weird is that, it is starting from 1st April until today. Seriously, it make me crazy to think about it. Don’t tell me this is a kind of April Fool jokes. Huhu. See the screenshot for details.

Seriously, this is really weird for me. Looks like my blog main source of traffic, which is most of it from search engine; is gone. Do you have any ideas how this thing could happen? If before this I have not updated this blog about weeks, but still, the traffic still okay, around 30-40 uniques visitors daily, but this time, I can’t figure out what’s the problem. Either the problem is from this blog or really from the visitors itself. You think?

I have compared this blog’s traffic with several others traffic analytic tools, such as Nuffnang and Awstats. The result is quiet the same. These results drive me crazy to think how this could happen.

Anyway, put aside about this blog traffic. April is coming, and this mean I have to be ready for my new upcoming challenge. Starting this upcoming 5th April 2010, I’m going to undergo industrial training as a requirement for my degree program. Owh, forgot to mention, my industrial training is starting from 5th April 2010 until 25th June 2010, which is about 12 weeks. Some may say it is too short. Yes, it is. Three months is considered too short if compared to other universities, such as UTP which their industrial training is about 8 months. Anyway, three months is the minimum period of time for industrial training required by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and UNITEN has decided to go with this minimum period of time for industrial training. Well, nothing much to say, just do it!

Finally, with GOD wills, I have finished all of my assignments, projects and projects presentation yesterday and now, have to focus more on my upcoming final exams which are going to start this Monday.
